Founded in 1954 to fulfil the dearest wish of empowering and bringing prosperity to the nation, Inha University stands for the Ideals of building students' characters, searching for the truth and serving society in order to embody the University's founding principles of creativity, diligence and service.  On the basis of the above ideals, we strive to attain the following goals and build character in our students, foster healthy ideas, and achieve our educational objective of cultivating talented individuals who will contribute to the development of the nation and human society by studying profound theories and applying them in reality.  

Established in 1984, the Université Le Havre Normandie is a medium-sized university which offers a welcoming and friendly living environment in the heart of the Normandy area. The university’s location in Le Havre, France’s second busiest port, and its close relationship with local industry, facilitate hands-on training and students’ personal and professional development.

Founded in 2001, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is a public higher education institution in Malaysia, recognized for its strong focus on engineering and technology education within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) ecosystem.UniMAP is a member of the Malaysia Technical University Network (MTUN), a consortium of leading technical universities in Malaysia dedicated to strengthening industry-oriented education, applied research, and technological innovation.The university is committed to excellence in advancing knowledge and contributing to socioeconomic, scientific, and technological development through high-quality education, research, innovation, and internationalization. UniMAP currently serves approximately 15,000 students and offers 47 undergraduate programmes, producing graduates equipped with strong technical expertise and professional competencies aligned with industry needs. 

Founded in 1973, the University of Fortaleza is a higher education institution well recognized at regional, national, and international levels.
