Governance and commitment

Our consortium operates with transparent governance and shared leadership. Strategic oversight is provided by the Council of Presidents, comprising senior leaders from each member institution. Day-to-day coordination is managed by a Steering Group, supported by an active Secretariat and Operations Group.

Membership involves a modest joining fee and annual contribution, ensuring sustainable coordination, events, and pilot initiatives, with clear accountability for all resources.
